function of utricle and saccule

ii. when head is tilted in space

i understand the importance of this, where the unbalanced rate of discharge will cause the head to be balanced back in normal position, but why the rate of discharge is different from both sides while the plane of the utricles and saccules are same in both sides?

if xphm, mmg agk susah nk faham soalan ni, kne buat gambaran skit...tp tu lah, terpaksa gak tnye...kalau faham, explain, please~

- stakat ap yg ak faham, memg btl la plane utricle n saccule tu same in both side tp in vertical/horizontal lah, in case no tilted @ movement of head..
- jadi apabila head to move to others side, plane dia akn brubah..( mcm gelas yg ada air, ko cube tuangkan ke sebelah yg lain, jadi plane glas tu akan brubah and air akan brubah ikut yg ko cube tuangkan )
- dlm case ni, dia ckp calcium carbonate tu yg bergerak ke tilted side.kan2?
- tp ak xtau la kot2 ak silap faham soklan ko
