Tetrahydrobiopterin is responsible for formation of Phenylalanine. It is maintained in reduced form by NADH-dependent enzyme, dihydrobiopterin reductase.

Based on page 161, it states like that, however, based on the diagram given on the same page, NADP/NADPH is stated instead of NAD/NADH. Which one is right? Anyone knows?

maintained reduced by dihydropteridine reductase lah dr pete,bukan dihydrobiopterin reductase.

kalau ikut buku lama,diagram pun NADPH,NADP. tapi rasanya tak penting ni. HAHA.
